Telkom BizTalk is a calling plan which includes normal Business Line rental plus bundled inclusive FREE fixed Telkom-to-Telkom minutes as well as 5 x value added line features designed to help make your business more efficient, more productive and, ultimately, more profitable. These 5 x value added line services include a Call answering service, CLI (Caller Line Identification) to see who’s calling you, Waiting Call as well as ForwardCall that enables you to forward your calls to any number of your choice when you are out of the office. On top of this we have also included a call management function that will enable you to manage your telephone account more effectively and save money by preventing unauthorized calls.
Two BizTalk packages are available for your benefit:

Telkom BizTalk
Telkom BizTalk is a calling plan which includes normal Business Line rental plus 5 x value added line services as well as bundled FREE inclusive Telkom-to-Telkom minutes. When doing the calculations you will realize that Telkom BizTalk is the answer as it adds up to great value while also keeping your Business connected for longer with crystal clear communications at affordable rates. Telkom has designed the following 2 plans to give you the opportunity to choose the most preferred calling plan that will fit into your calling behaviour!
Plan 1 – Telkom BizTalk
R51,65 per month + R 203.35 Business Line rental
This plan is perfect for small business customers with one or two single analogue lines that require a solution to make their business more efficient and more productive!
For only R255.00 per month we’re offering you:
- Business Line rental included
- 150 inclusive free minutes for local and long distance calls Telkom-to-Telkom to be used during anytime of the day/week
- 5 x line services to manage your calls more effectively, this include:
- IdentiCall lets you see who's calling you, you can decide whether or not to take the call and how to greet the caller (except numbers restricted by the caller);
- Call Answer acts as your personal voice-mail service, and gives you convenient access to your mailbox from any tone-dialling telephone, including a cellphone
- WaitingCall lets you answer an incoming call while you're busy on the line, and gives you the option of putting your first caller on hold while you take the second incoming call;
- ForwardCall diverts your calls to any number of your choice (local, national, international and cellphone numbers), so you don't have to wait by your telephone to receive important calls;
- BlockCall Plus enables you to manage your telephone account more effectively and save money by preventing unauthorized calls
What else do I need to know?

- If you have not got an existing Telkom line we will install your line for free – should you order a BizTalk package
- Offer only available to Telkom Business customers on conventional direct analogue lines. These value added features cannot function through lines connected to a PBX.
- Value added service conditions will apply as per individual product.
- The inclusive minutes will apply to Local and Long Distance calls during Peak and Off-Peak Time and will not be charged for.
- The inclusive FREE minutes apply only to calls made to numbers on Telkom's network

Plan 2 – Telkom BizTalk Plus
R240.00 per month + R 203.35 Business Line rental
This plan is ideal if you are a small and medium business customers with single analogue lines that require more fixed line minutes as well as a single number solution to make your business more flexible and more productive!
For only R443,35 per month we’re offering you:
- Business Line rental included
- 500 inclusive FREE minutes for local and long distance calls Telkom-to-Telkom to be used during anytime of the day/week
- 5 x line services to manage your calls more effectively, this include:
- IdentiCall lets you see who's calling you, can decide whether or not to take the call and how to greet the caller (except numbers restricted by the caller);
- Call Answer acts as your personal voice-mail service, and gives you convenient access to your mailbox from any tone-dialling telephone, including a cellphone
- WaitingCall lets you answer an incoming call while you're busy on the line, and gives you the option of putting your first caller on hold while you take the second incoming call;

- MaxiCall 0861 - Under this option callers are liable for the full cost of the call, when the MaxiCall number is linked to a Telkom's land line.

Telkom's Standard Terms and Conditions apply
Telkom Telkom BizTalk Terms and conditions:
- Offer subject to the signing of a 12-month contract. In the case of breach of contract, the penalty will be 10% of the monthly package rental multiplied with the remainder of the contract period.
- Upgrades between Telkom BizTalk packages will not be penalized.
- Offer only available to Telkom Business customers on conventional direct analogue lines.
- Value added service conditions will apply as per individual product.
- The inclusive minutes will apply to Local and Long Distance calls during Peak and Off-Peak Time and will not be charged for. Minutes not utilized fully during a bill cycle are not transferable from month to month or between calling plans. The inclusive minutes apply only to calls made to numbers on Telkom's network.
- The following call types will be excluded from the FREE bundled minutes: Premium rated calls (0862, 0865, 0866 and 0867), Teleconference; Operated-assisted calls; Service calls (including calls like autoComplete when using 1023 directory Services/Yellow Pages, RingBack or Collect Calls); WorldCall; SmartAccess; Telkom SupremeCall, Public PayPhones;
- The Biztalk plus includes a computer generated MaxiCall number. i.e the basic package charges free and for all other features, including the golden number must be charged as per the current rate.
- For new customers taking up the BizTalk Plus and acquiring a new service(line), by default the new service must be the destination number of the SmartAccess MaxiCall number. Only in the case of migration the number is allowed to stay the same.
- Normal published Telkom call rates will apply once the inclusive minutes have been fully utilized.
- Telkom BizTalk cannot be used in combination with other Telkom calling plans. It excludes the following calls and customers:
- International calls
- Cellular calls
- Residential customers
- PrepaidFone customers
- Telkom SupremeCall customers
- ISDN customers
- WorldCall customers
- XtraTime customers
- SilverLine customers
- InfinitCall customers
- Surfmore customers
- Customers connected to manual exchanges
- Public and Private Payphone
- You will need a CLI telephone to be able to share in all the benefits of Telkom BizTalk value added line services.
- You need a tone-dialling telephone to be able to activate these services
- Customers who use ForwardCall will be charged for the diverted portion of calls received.
