Telkom provides a high-quality international telephone service to various destinations via satellite, undersea cables and terrestrial circuits.
This service is offered by Telkom's International Operating Centre and provides 24 hour personal assistance to customers who wish to make international calls, send faxes or make international enquiries
Calls can be booked to any of the direct-dial destinations. Dial 10900 to book a call. Calls are charged at minimum 1 minute intervals, using operator rates plus an additional handling fee. Fax calls can also be booked to any of these destinations.
Telkom has two international rate groups Standard Time and Global Off-Peak Time. Calls during Global Off-Peak Time offers cheaper international call rates.
