Fax2Email is a Telkom Premium Rated service which allows the user to receive faxes direct to your email inbox. The fax number is linked to an email address via the Premium Rate Services platform.
The Fax2Email has the following features:
Save time by converting incoming analogue faxes to digital documents. These faxes are delivered to the recipient's email inbox as attachments that can be read on screen, printed, deleted, saved or archived. The process is fully automated and no training is necessary. Each of your recipients is given a unique fax number, which can be used on corporate stationary including business cards, so that your clients are able to fax documents direct to the intended recipients

Telkom has partnered with three Service Providers who specialize in Fax2Email.
There is a strict code of conduct within the contractual agreement between Telkom and the Service Providers. This will prevent any obscene or defamatory information from being offered. Customers subscribed to the Telkom BlockCall feature have the facility to block calls to all Information service numbers as blocking is available up to the 4th digit.
